DATA ENTRY SERVICES

     Our spreadsheets are created in Microsoft Excel V2000. We also work in Microsoft’s database program, Access V2000. We can create the following:

* Spreadsheet Reports using formulas to calculate various statistical and financial data.
* Statistical/Financial Reports with formulas and links to other worksheets and/or workbooks so that when data is input, all reports are updated automatically.

* Spreadsheet Input Forms: Forms that can be protected so that only certain cells will accept input of information.

* Spreadsheet Forms can be created with a variety of backgrounds, colors, images, sound files, video clips and clickable links to emails, internet web sites and or other spreadsheets.

* Spreadsheet Contact Records: We can create a database contact record file containing, names, addresses, phone numbers, email and internet web site addresses that can be saved as a permanent contact list. The email and internet web site addresses are “clickable” links that when clicked will open either your email program ready to send a message or take you directly to the internet site. This contact database record file can also be used as the source for mail merging. * Spreadsheet and Database information can be sorted and saved in many ways i.e. by Business Name, Last Name, Zip Code, City, State, Country etc.

* Database Queries: Database queries to generate a variety of reports. 

Database Input Forms: Input forms to be used for additional data input and queries.
