INVOICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
* Invoicing: We invoice weekly, monthly (for regular customers) or by the job.
* Interim Billing: Jobs requiring a period of more than fifteen (15) days to complete and/or jobs with an estimated total cost of $200.00 or more, may be subject to interim billing.
* Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the job and receipt of invoice.
* Method of Payment: We accept checks, money orders, cashier checks and/or cash. Sorry but we do not accept credit cards at this time.
* Dishonored Checks: If your check is dishonored by your bank for any reason, you must pay Tailored PC Documents a service charge of $35 in addition to any other charges by the bank as a result of the return of the dishonored check as provided by Florida Statues.
* Late Payments: Invoices over thirty (30) day past due may be subject to a late charge penalty fee in the amount of $35.00 as indicated on this invoice at the time the invoice is submitted and may also be subject to interest for each month the invoice remains in arrears in accordance with Florida Statutes.
* Default Payments Legal Action: In the event invoice for monies owed to Tailored PC Documents become past due for a period of more than ninety (90) days, Tailored PC Documents may notify credit reporting agencies of the debt delinquency and may place the debt with a collection agency and/or take whatever legal action is necessary to collect the debt. In the event it becomes necessary for Tailored PC Documents, Inc. to take legal action to collect the debt, any and all additional expenses including attorney fees, service of process and other court costs will thereby increase the debt and overall financial obligation to Tailored PC Documents by the amount of those expenses plus late fees and accrued interest. In the event legal action is required to collect past due monies owed and that action results in a judgment, a Writ of Execution may be issued against attachable assets.
* Turnaround Time: Due to the fact that each job is unique, we can only estimate to the best of our ability how much time will be required to complete the job. Our estimates are based up historical data regarding the length of time it has taken to complete similar jobs. We assure you that every effort will be made to complete the job as quickly and efficiently as possible by the agreed upon deadline.
* References & Confidentiality Agreements: References and Confidentiality Agreements from Tailored PC Documents will be furnished upon request. Confidentiality guaranteed. All source documents are either deleted from our computer after completion or shredded.
* Printing: Our copies are ORIGINAL laser or inkjet printed pages.
* Contracts: Normally we do not require a signed contract. However, large and/or detail intensive jobs that are estimated to take weeks or months to complete may require a signed contract in advance of starting the job.
* Rate Estimates: Each project/job is unique. Therefore, the rates quoted herein are basic guideline rates. When giving a job estimate/quote we take into consideration the type of job, number of graphics, colors, fonts and type styles or special requests as well as the overall complexity of the project. Each job is treated individually. Transcription is rated by the type and source of the dictation.
* Rate Changes: Our rates may be changed without prior written notification. Rate proposals agreed upon by customer and Tailored PC Documents will remain in effect for thirty (30) days. Once the proposal is accepted and the job has begun, the agreed upon rate(s) will remain in effect for the remainder of the job. For long term jobs, (over six [6] months in term) rates may increase but only after the customer has been notified in writing thirty (30) days prior to the rate increase. (Current rates are effective as of May, 2009) * Delivery of completed work and source material: Completed work and all source materials are delivered by "secure virus-free" email, U.S. Mail, Courier (at customers's expense) or picked up in person by the customer (local)
* No emails sent to Tailored PC Documents will be used for mass mailing by us nor will the email address be given or sold to anyone else.
